Get Sponsor Button Enabled

GET 
/api/v1/settings/sponsor-button-enabled

Public endpoint — returns whether the Sponsor button is shown in the user menu.

Gated behind the SPONSOR_BUTTON_ENABLED env var (off by default, so hosted canopyPlatform tenants never see it). When the env var is on, the per-instance admin toggle further controls whether it's shown in the avatar menu; the Admin → Settings section itself is only reachable at all when the env var is on — see available.
